Scow project update: June 8, 2010.
Patty picked up some scow safety equipment today- a nice fire extinguisher and a fully loaded First Aid kit. The former is required by law on a boat this big- even though Barnum Brown likely did not have one. It rained all night and most of the day. Sunny late in day, but rain predicted for next two days- very frustrating! But the weekend looks good weatherwise so hopefully Perry can get lots of work done. Got a good price quote for hauling the scow to Red Deer from the local trucking company today for our consideration. Sorry no pictures today.
